We are currently updating our website to include some pertinent information on the San Diego Small Claims process. Since January 1st of 2009 the San Diego Sheriff no longer serves Small Claims lawsuits and has limited it’s service’s of several other types of legal process. This happened because of cut backs in San Diego County and most likely because having the Sheriff act as a process server is not fiscally feasible.

Since the beginning of 2009 eServe has been serving a significant amount of Small Claims Lawsuits throughout the greater San Diego County. We have been able to offer great rates (some as low as $35) because of the volume of services we have on a monthly basis. We offer bulk rates for Local and National businesses that are looking for intelligent alternatives to third party collections agencies.

We offer bulk rates and discounts to any client that files over 4 Lawsuits a year. We include filing the proof of service at any courthouse in San Diego County after completion of service and we will also file your lawsuits for you at the courthouse if your filing over 4 at a time. Our hope is by offering these services we will relieve some of the workload from accounting and support staff. Please refer to our Small Claims page for further information and process server rates.
